What does WisePractice Institute offer?
We provide continuing education, supervision training, and professional development resources for licensed mental health professionals — including LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, and other behavioral health providers. Our offerings include robust, research-informed trainings, an ethics-based workbook series, podcast-style discussions, and CE-eligible self-paced and live events.

Who are your trainings for?
Our trainings are designed for current or aspiring clinical supervisors (LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S), as well as fully licensed mental health professionals seeking high-quality continuing education that’s relevant, practical, and ethically grounded.

Do your courses count for CE credit?
Many of our courses are eligible for continuing education credit for Texas LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs. Some trainings may also meet requirements for other licensed professionals, including RDs or professionals in other states. However, it is your responsibility to confirm CE eligibility with your individual licensing board. We provide attendance tracking, presenter credentials, evaluations, and CE certificates in alignment with Texas board expectations.

Will I receive a CE certificate?
Yes, as long as you attend the full event or complete all coursework and submit the required evaluation. Partial credit is not available. -
Do you offer supervision training that meets board requirements?
Yes! Our 40-hour supervision training is designed to meet Texas board requirements for those seeking the LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LCSW-S designation. Please check your board rules to verify current criteria, as they may change. -
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available for select courses. However, full payment is required before access is granted to the course or event. Please contact us if in need of a payment plan. -
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards through our secure online payment platform.

Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds for any reason — including non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or cancellation. Please ensure you are able to attend or complete the course prior to registering.

What happens if I miss a live training/event?
If the training or event is recorded and offered as an on-demand course later, you may have the option to apply your registration toward that format (pending approval). However, CE eligibility and timing may vary. Contact us if you need support.

How do I access my course materials?
Coursework, slide decks, and downloadable resources will be provided via our course platform right here on our website or Google Drive, depending on the course format. You will receive clear access instructions via email upon registration.

Can I share the course materials with my colleagues?
No. All course materials are for individual use only. Redistribution, sharing, or reproducing our content — digitally or physically — is not permitted without written permission. To request group access or licensing, please contact us.
